For a break from the frenzy of everyday life, you can lunch and dine in our dining room, which can welcome up to 40 people in the cold season, and expand for up to 50 people in the warm season, when you can eat on the terrace or our green lawn. Our cuisine respects the products’ seasonality: we cook what we are given by our vegetable garden, our orchard, our woods and fields, as well as our Chamois Coloured goats, so that our food is almost entirely locally sourced.
